CAN I RETURN A SHIRT THAT DOES NOT FIT ME?

We don't allow shirt replacements for online purchases. Size chart links have been provided in every shirt's product page.

We are only limited to 3 sizes. 
Small - Medium, Large - XL & 2XL we don't accommodate orders that specifically requesting for sizes such a medium only or large only. As we are considering the most comfortable sizes for most of our customers.

HOW DO I RETURN/REPLACE A PRODUCT?

If a wrong package has been delivered, kindly email jpventures205@gmail.com with the subject: "ORDER NUMBER + WRONG ITEM"

Please attach photos of the wrong items received so that the online team can see and coordinate with you on how to return/replace the product.

If you receive a product that is damaged, or different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience and offer the following options:

a. Replacement: We will gladly ship out the correct item to you free of charge. You may keep the incorrect item you initially received.

b. Refund: If you prefer a refund, please return the incorrect item to us using the address provided below. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be at your expense.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund. The refund will be issued using the most convenient payment method, and it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and return the item using a reliable shipping method with tracking. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
