I MADE A MISTAKE, CAN I EDIT MY ORDER/DETAILS?

If you would like to make changes to your order or details, email knack.project2018@gmail.com within 1 HOUR of ordering. Email subject should be: "ORDER NUMBER + EDIT ORDER"

Please note that we cannot guarantee order edits/changes requested beyond 7PM and on serviceable days, and requests made on weekends/holidays as this are pre-made shirts.

Please do not create a new order until we have confirmed cancellation and acknowledgment of your request. Once order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer allowed.

WHAT IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED?

The courier will attempt to deliver two times before the item is returned to us. Please make sure that you are at the address stated, or that someone can receive the package for you. Make sure that your address/contact details are also complete and updated.

If item was returned to us, just  email knack.project2018@gmail.com with the subject "Order Number + Redelivery" so the online team can coordinate with you on the redelivery of the item.
